My Subtraction Work

I.AL.T reverse subtraction problems to make them addition to help me find the answer.

I found this work easy because it had easy steps to follow and I had to use a number line.  It was tricky because I had to try it without the number line.

I know I will be successful when:

• I am able to instantly recall subtraction facts
• I am able to instantly recall multiplication facts
• I am able to instantly recall division facts

Reflection: I found this tricky because the timer was short and I didn't get enough time. Also I found this tricky because there were division and times table. Next time I will try my division and times table so I can get better.

Character Profile

W.A.L.T write a description of a character.  I enjoyed this piece of work because we drew the pictures on kid pix so we could do all kinds of things with our picture.  I thought it was a bit tricky because we had to think of a way to describe the character.

Recount Post Cards.

WALT write a recount using a post card format.

This is my postcard I enjoyed writing it because it was faster on a computer I thought it was tricky a little because when I had to think of making it shorter it was complicated.

This is my self portrat I think I got a lot better at drawing my self potrat. Because I practiced and tried my best. And that made me get a lot better.

I know I will be successful when I can:

• write adjectives describing me
• write about my fears and loves
• write about my feelings

I found writing this poem difficult because it was hard to think about what I love and what I fear and things like that!
Next time I should think more and maybe do a brain storm to get ideas in my head!!!
